Epic Fitness was created with one simple belief in mind: real change is possible for anyone who has direction, support, and consistency. Opening soon in Jacksonville, Epic Fitness is more than a gym — it's a space built for real people who are ready to grow stronger both physically and mentally.
We're not here for perfection or intimidation. We're here for progress. Every class, routine, and rep is designed with purpose to help you build confidence, discipline, and lasting strength from the inside out.
Class Schedule
Epic Fitness offers structured group training blocks plus specialty classes for members and non-members. Specialty classes include Mixxed Fit, Boxing/Combat, Spinning, and Tabata. To reserve a spot, text or call (904) 887-4618.

Wife, mother of two, certified personal trainer, and advocate for real, sustainable transformation. Belky's personal journey taught her how powerful the right support system truly is — and that became the foundation of Epic Fitness. Specializations in glute training and fitness for older adults.
Certified Group Fitness Instructor and proud mom of three, Norma is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and consistency. She truly believes that results don't come from perfection — they come from showing up, putting in the work, and staying committed.
